Ringkasan program
This course aims to provide students with a management qualification, following previous practical training and experience in food and beverage skills, housekeeping, and front office and catering. In this course, students develop upon their management skills by taking specialist supervisory and management units, delivered in an action-learning context. Students will be expected to complete complex and highly specific functions relating to planning, budgeting, financial management strategies and leadership. This course allows the student to apply the skills and knowledge learnt to their own context. Students will receive 1.75 years credit towards a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hospitality Management) at University of Tasmania. Employment opportunities are available in the general hospitality industry, including hotels, motels, restaurants, clubs, and other hospitality establishments.

Students must have completed Certificate IV in Hospitality. They must have obtained IELTS 5.5 general training (no band less than 5.0) or equivalent.
