Ringkasan program
This advanced course will prepare students for senior or management roles in a range of industries. Students will develop strong management, leadership and decision making skills and receive training in organizational development, strategic planning and managing risk and change. They will develop and implement business plans, and gain skills in developing diversity policy and planning compliance management systems. Students will have completed the Diploma of Business prior to enrolling, or have vocational experience working in a business environment, but without any formal qualifications. After successful completion they will have many options for further study including the Associate Degree in Commerce and a pathway to a Bachelor qualification. It may provide them with employment opportunities as an executive officer or other supervisory/management roles. Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students should have completed Australian Year 12 or equivalent with a pass, Diploma of Business or equivalent, however relevant senior employment experience in industry will be considered. They are required to satisfy English language requirement IELTS overall score of 5.5 (Academic) and TOEFL score of 530 for paper examination; 179 for computer based and 71 for Internet based.
