Ringkasan program
In this course, students will gain skills in business management principles; interpersonal, problem solving and academic-learning skills; practical skills; research and analysis, critical thinking, evaluation and application; contemporary and emerging industry practices; business management theory; industry projects; interpersonal communication and teamwork skills and business networks. The vocational outcomes for graduates include the following management and supervisory positions in event and tourism industry enterprises or operations including event management companies, local council, state government and regional tourism associations; hotels, motels or restaurant enterprises in a wide range of front-line management professions such as food and beverage, reservations, functions, sales and marketing; winery related enterprises including accommodation, sales and marketing, food and beverage, restaurant or cellar door operations.

Students must have completed a Year 12 VCE (or equivalent) with English, or Successful completion of a TAFE Diploma course in hospitality management (or equivalent), or Relevant industry experience that demonstrates capacity to undertake work at degree level. An additional requirement for international students is International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Level 6.
