Ringkasan program
This program aims to provide the skills to critically examine major social issues confronting individuals and societies. It is a highly flexible degree that allows students to combine the compulsory economics major with a second major chosen from any course taught in the University, be it Chinese, media, law, e-business or management. Careers in applied economics are agricultural/resource economist, business analyst, corporate planning officer, data analyst, economic analyst, economic consultant, economic research assistant, economist, financial risk analyst, forecasting analyst, graduate management trainee, industry economist, investment adviser, labour market economist, logistics analyst, market research analyst, policy adviser/maker, regulatory analyst, statistical research analyst, stockbroker, superannuation adviser, treasury officer.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students should have obtained Higher Secondary Certificate with a grade average of 76 in academic subjects; all India Senior School Certificate with an overall grade of seven for best four externally examined subjects equivalent to other countries. In addition they should have fulfilled English language requirements with minimum IELTS score of 6.5 (academic) or equivalent.
