Finance is the study of the management of money, banking, investment and credit. These areas are complex, and people working in the financial sector require specialist training to excel in their career. It is designed specifically for students to gain practical and job-ready financial skills. In this applied finance degree they will study economics, accounting and current financial theory. Students will learn mathematical techniques such as probability or statistics and how to analyse results. The Applied Finance degree has a focus on applying these skills to real financial organisations, markets and instruments. It is suitable for students who are interested in financial systems, money and maths and want a job in the Australian or international financial sector. Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students should have completed the NSW HSC or equivalent. They should also have IELTS (Academic English only): Minimum 6.5 overall, with 6.0 in each section; TOEFL (paper based test): Minimum 570 overall, with 53 Listening, 52 Reading, 59 Structure/ Written Expression, 4.5 TWE;TOEFL (internet based test): Minimum 90 overall, with 20 Listening, 20 Reading, 22 Writing, 20 Speaking.
