Ringkasan program
This course bridges the gap between the theoretical side of Art History as a discipline and the practicalities of curating for the public. Students will be introduced to painting, sculpture, printmaking, photography, architecture, film, and digital images within a historical, social, cultural, and political context. The program also covers prehistoric and contemporary Australian Indigenous art and the art of classical antiquity and traces developments in art through to the present day. The following are the majors: art history major and Asian art history major.

Students must have completed an approved tertiary preparation course or alternative entry scheme; they will be assessed on the results of that scheme alone, unless they have undertaken subsequent study. International students whose native is not English should have the following English qualifications: Academic IELTS - an overall score of 6.5 with at least 6 in each component of the test; TOEFL (paper based test) - a score of 570 with TWE score of 4.5; TOEFL (computer based test) - a score of 230 with Essay score of 4.5 or TOEFL (internet based test) - a score of 90, with a minimum of 20 in all four sections.
