Ringkasan program
This course aims to develop students' leadership and management skills. The degree places emphasis on problem-solving and decision-making, leadership, cross-cultural communications and strategic thinking. It provides students with the leadership capabilities to springboard their careers in either the private or public sectors. The degree develops leadership and management skills through a range of core courses in business communications, managing human resources, marketing, international business, entrepreneurship and innovation, leadership and strategic management. Studies from other areas of the university may also be included in the program.

Students must have completed an approved tertiary preparation course or alternative entry scheme; they will be assessed on the results of that scheme alone, unless they have undertaken subsequent study. International students whose native is not English should have the following English qualifications: Academic IELTS - an overall score of 6.5 with at least 6 in each component of the test; TOEFL (paper based test) - a score of 570 with TWE score of 4.5; TOEFL (computer based test) - a score of 230 with Essay score of 4.5 or TOEFL (internet based test) - a score of 90, with a minimum of 20 in all four sections.
