Ringkasan program
This course equips students with the skills and knowledge integral to careers in human resource management (HRM). It is designed to develop the capabilities specified by the Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI) in the AHRI Model of Excellence, which governs the requirements for professional accreditation and provides internationally transferable competencies and skills. The course is highly flexible, offering a wide range of business specialisations that allow students to develop in line with their individual interests and strengths. Major areas of study include: Business, Human Resource Management, Management. On completion, graduates are likely to find roles in various HR fields, including compensation and benefits, employee relations/industrial relations, generalist HR, HR payroll, HRIS, OHS, recruitment, and training.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students must have completed Mathematics determined to be equivalent to VCE Units 1 and 2 (any). They must have completed Australian year 12 or equivalent to other countries. They must also satisfy one of the following English language requirements: IELTS (Academic) score of 6.0 with no individual band score less than 6.0 or TOEFL Paper-based Test: a minimum score of 550 with a score of 5 or better in the Test of Written English or TOEFL Computer-based Test: a minimum score of 213 with a score of 5 in essay writing or TOEFL Internet-based Test: a minimum score of 80 with no individual score less than 20 or satisfactory completion of an English language subject at Year 12 or equivalent level which have been completed in the last two years and at an academic level acceptable to the University or approved equivalent.
