This course will provide students with the opportunity to specialize in human resource management while still able to select electives in the more generic management and vocational fields of industrial relations and management - service and operations. It develops specialist skills, underpinned by strong theoretical frameworks, used in the human resource management area. This industry-focused specialization has professional recognition by the Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI). There are many career opportunities available for graduates, including human resources management; employee relations; employee development.
