Ringkasan program
This dual degree program focuses on information systems major in business; it is accredited by the National Institute of Accountants, Australian Human Resource Institute, Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, the Australasian Institute of Banking and Finance, and CPA Australia. Business students may choose to undertake a 300-hour internship with a business as an elective which, depending on the major chosen, may count as two units toward their degree. Law students may choose to undertake legal experience and professional placement with legal firms or offices. The double degrees with law satisfy the academic requirements for admission to the practice of law. To be admitted as a barrister or solicitor in NSW, Law graduates must complete a practical legal training (PLT) course through a PLT provider. Mutual recognition legislation extends this accreditation to other Australian states and territories, but there may be additional requirements. In Queensland, following completion of an approved law degree, and practical legal training or a traineeship, applicants apply for admission to the roll of legal practitioners and a practicing certificate from the Queensland Law Society to practice as a solicitor; or the Bar Association of Queensland to practice as a barrister. Graduates of the business/law degree are prepared to pursue careers in business law and in legal departments within the private and public sectors and also as solicitors, barristers and/or judges.

Students should have completed an educational qualification deemed to be at least equivalent to completion of year 12 in Australia and achieved the equivalent of the minimum entry grade for the course for which they have applied. They should have fulfilled the Universitys English language requirement: IELTS (academic) score of 6.0 with no less than 5.5 in any band or TOEFL score of 550 with no less than 4.5 in the test of written English or TOEFL Internet-based with a minimum score or 79 and a minimum of 22 in writing and no less than 18 in other bands or equivalent.
