In this course, students will study a variety of management topics, including business negotiation; organisational flexibility; service quality management; cross-cultural management; SME management and entrepreneurship in emerging economies. Management roles are essential to all organizations. The intense speed of change in technology and the increasing pressure on companies to perform effectively in a globally competitive environment means there are new demands on managers to be innovative in their management and business opportunity practices.

Students must have completed Australian Year 11 and Year 12 or other country specific requirements equivalent to Australia. They must also satisfy the following English language requirements: IELTS score of 6.0 (no component lower than 5.5) or TOEFL (paper based) score of 550 (plus minimum Test of Written English score of 4.0) or TOEFL (internet based) score of 79 (minimum writing score of 19) or Pearson (PTE Academic) score of 57.
