Ringkasan program
This program is one of the most popular and dynamic degrees offered by the Faculty of Business and Law. It is a three year full-time (or equivalent part-time) program which starts with broad core courses and then progresses to one of the six major sequences of study offered in the degree: Supply Chain Management, Human Resource Management, International Business, Management, Marketing or Tourism. Elective courses are available in many areas including Business Law, Information Systems, Statistics, Japanese, Philosophy, Finance, Accounting, Leisure and Tourism Studies, Politics and Business Economics. The program has a practical orientation, with students learning from case studies of real business situations. The career choices are endless and include business management, business consulting, retail management, advertising and promotions management, human resource management, industrial relations, marketing, small and medium enterprise management, tourism and hospitality management, foreign economic relations, international business, supply chain management, logistics management and marketing. Business graduates enjoy a high rate of employment. The units of study include TOUR1000 Introduction to Sustainable Tourism Management, TOUR2000 EcoTourism and Outdoor Recreation Management, TOUR2001 Tourism, Culture and Heritage Management, TOUR2002 Visitor Behaviour and Management, BUSN3001 Project in Business, MKTG3040 Services Marketing, TOUR3000 Leisure Tourism and Environmental Issues, TOUR3001 Sustainable Tourism Planning, TOUR3002 Festival and Event Planning and TOUR3003 Tourism Marketing.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Applicants must have an Australian Year 12 in Australia or an Australian Year 12 outside Australia or an International Baccalaureate (IB) in Australia. Entry based on UAI or equivalent. Students must have English Language Testing score of 6.5 or higher with no individual subtest score less than 6.0. American Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score of 550 or more (minimum score of 4.5 in the TWE) - paper based test. Computer based test requires a score of 213 or more (minimum score of 4.5 Essay Rating). Internet-based test (I-TOEFL) requires an overall score of 90, with no subset score below 20.
