Ringkasan program
The university will guide students through contemporary tourist and hospitality management theory and practice including destination management, policy and planning, government and business. The course also focuses strongly on sustainable tourism, as well as incorporating data analysis techniques used extensively across the industry to help forecast areas of growth and decline. They will learn from some of Western Australia's best tourism experts who have worked in the industry and are still actively involved in tourism research. The course is also structured to give them every opportunity for success with small class sizes designed to give them the kind personal attention they will need to keep them motivated and on-track throughout their studies.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students must have successful completion of their Diploma or other recognized post-secondary qualification or equivalent. They must achieve any one of the following: at least 7 points over the best 2 or 3 subjects at H2 level in GCA level/STPM; CPS of at least 54 in WAUFP, International Baccalaureate (Full IB Diploma) with score of at least 25, Australian ATAR between 60.00 - 64.99 indicative or an Indonesian SMU3 with a score of 8. In addition students must demonstrate competency in the English language by achieving the following scores in one of the following English language proficiency tests: IELTS 6.0 (no individual band less than 6.0); TOEFL (paper based) 550 (with the Test of Written English 5); TOEFL (internet based) 80 (no band less than 20); Australian Matriculation English with a pass; GCE O-level C6 or better; 1119 General Paper with credit pass; TEE ESL with 60 per cent; or WAUFP ELACS with a pass.
