This is a double degree program. The Bachelor of Communication and Media Studies (BCMS) has an international focus, and places strong emphasis on research skills. It offers students a broad introduction to ways in which new media practices shape everyday lives, both in the workplace and in communities. BCMS students gain hands-on experience in the use of the key applications and approaches that are crucial to professional and social communication, and support this with the ability to present evidence-based critical analysis of the role played by media and technological innovation in cultural change. By combining the Bachelor of Communication and Media Studies with another degree, students will broaden their employment prospects into the growing areas of media and communication. Majoring in digital media and communication or international media and communication extends these opportunities even further. The first year of the LLB must be completed full time, except where Faculty approval is given on equity grounds. In the following four years of the degree, students enroll in Law subjects and subjects from the other schedules. The practical skills subjects in the LLB course are designed to allow students to acquire valuable professional skills, including oral and written communication, legal research, negotiation, and advocacy.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Students should have successful completion of a qualification equivalent to the completion of 13 years of schooling in Australia. In addition they should have fulfilled English language requirements with IELTS (academic) overall score of 6.0, TOEFL (Internet-based) score of 79 and passed in English for tertiary studies.
