This program allows students to acquire a systematic and coherent body of knowledge, the underlying principles and concepts, and the associated communication and problem-solving skills; it develops academic skills and attributes necessary to undertake design research, comprehend and evaluate new information, concepts and evidence from a range of sources and develop the ability to review, consolidate, extend and apply the knowledge and techniques learnt, including in a professional context. They gain a foundation for self-directed and life-long learning and gain interpersonal and teamwork skills appropriate to employment and/or further study. Graduates work in diverse areas including architectural and interior design practices, retail/hospitality design, theater/stage design, museum design, strategic and facility planning, and design management.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Students should have any one of the following requirements: English for Academic Purposes Advanced level certificate at the undergraduate level (EAP 5: UG-65 per cent ); or, Obtaining a minimum IELTS overall band of 6.0 (Academic Module) with no individual band below 6.0; or, a TOEFL (Paper-based) minimum score of 550 (with Test of Written English (TWE) score of 5); or, a TOEFL (Computer-based) minimum score of 213 (with Written Writing score of 5); or, a TOEFL (Internet-based) minimum score of 80 with no band less than 20.
