Ringkasan program
In this course, students will develop specialist skills needed for teaching in rural and remote areas, and they will be at the forefront of education for sustainability. The program also focuses on ensuring students have the skills to help improve Indigenous education outcomes. This course is aimed at advancing and broadening the skills of tradespeople or those with existing vocational qualifications, enabling them to teach at a secondary level. Graduates can apply to register with the Queensland College of Teachers and can teach in State, Catholic and Independent schools. Teaching is a portable qualification and teachers are in demand throughout Australia and overseas.

Students must have completed Australian Year 11 and Year 12 or other country specific requirements equivalent to Australia. They must also satisfy the following English language requirements: IELTS score of 7.0 (no component lower than 7.0) or TOEFL (paper based) score of 577 (plus minimum Test of Written English score of 5.5) or TOEFL (internet based) score of 100 (minimum writing score of 23) or Pearson (PTE Academic) score of 72.
