This course prepares graduates with the skills required for top managerial roles within the hospitality industry. They will learn everything they need to know about managing million dollar catering contracts through to running a five star hotel. On successful completion of the course, graduates receive the nationally endorsed Bachelor of Hospitality Management. Further study options include a range of post-graduate and masters programs offered at various universities. Career opportunities include to own their own hotel, or manage a five star resort, and most exclusive and senior positions within this exciting industry.

Students who have successfully completed Year 12 level studies (or the overseas equivalent) and have English language proficiency of IELTS 6.0, ISLPR 3, TOEFL 237 (CB) or 60 (iBT), PTE Academic Score of 50 (no communicative skill score less than 50), Cambridge English: Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) of 52 or equivalent.
