This course is for students intending to pursue careers in general management of Human Resource Management in large businesses or government organisations. The focus of much of the curriculum is on human and organisational relationships and structure. Aside from undertaking a general Bachelor of Management, students may elect to undertake a specialisation in either Human Resource Management, Marketing, Tourism or Organisational Management and Leadership. A feature of the course is the group of practical business placements and projects units that are available. This flexible degree structure allows up to one-third of the course to be selected from other degree programs, including management, marketing, human resource management, tourism, Asian studies and languages, psychology, arts and mathematics as electives.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Students successful completion of the VCE including prerequisites Units one and two, two units of Mathematics (any); interstate or overseas equivalent; mature age entry. They must also have overall band score of 6.0, with no individual sub-score less than 5.5 in IELTS and a TOFEL score of 550, including the Test of Written English (TWE) or A score of 213 in the computer based test or a minimum score of 79 in the internet based test (with scores not less than 20 in writing and speaking and 18 in reading and listening)
