Ringkasan program
This program aims to provide students with a scientific background in biology, particularly human biology, and chemistry and an introduction to the way these interact in pharmaceutical science. It will provide a targeted introduction to the University’s master of pharmacy course, leading to registration as a pharmacist, while also providing scientific knowledge and skills for other science-based careers, such as professional chemist, secondary school science teaching, the pharmaceutical industry or scientific evaluation and risk assessment. Graduates will have an extensive knowledge of human biology and chemistry, focusing on its application to people. They will have practical experience in research methods, the professional workplace or both. They will have the opportunity to pursue further studies in particular scientific areas of interest such as immunology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, forensic toxicology, pharmaceutical biotechnology or advanced physiology.

Students should have obtained Higher Secondary Certificate with a grade average of 76 in academic subjects; all India Senior School Certificate with an overall grade of seven for best four externally examined subjects equivalent to other countries. In addition they should have fulfilled English language requirements with minimum IELTS score of 6.5 (academic) or equivalent.
