This program takes a strategic approach to communication and communication planning as applied in the business environment. Drawing on the key disciplinary areas of media, advertising and public relations, this program of studies focuses on professional communication. It is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills to use communication as a strategic tool to help businesses and organisations to achieve their institutional objectives. The business and professional focus provided by the degree will provide students with scope for employment pathways into careers such as corporate communication, advertising, public relations, and marketing communication. Employment can be found in areas including advertising, public relations, journalism, radio, film and television and communications research.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Students should have any one of the following requirements: English for Academic Purposes Advanced level certificate at the undergraduate level (EAP 5: UG-65 per cent ); or, Obtaining a minimum IELTS overall band of 6.0 (Academic Module) with no individual band below 6.0; or, a TOEFL (Paper-based) minimum score of 550 (with Test of Written English (TWE) score of 5); or, a TOEFL (Computer-based) minimum score of 213 (with Written Writing score of 5); or, a TOEFL (Internet-based) minimum score of 80 with no band less than 20.
