This course prepares graduates for careers in real estate, valuation, funds and asset management and property development. It produces highly skilled property professionals able to enter the workforce with a qualification fully recognised and sought after by employers, and professional and industry bodies. Graduates are renowned among employers for their hands-on and diverse knowledge and professional skills. By the final year of study, a large majority of students are already working in the property sector as UTS: Design, Architecture and Building provide a flexible property education that gives students the opportunity to work in the industry. During the course, students have the opportunity to complete practical assignments, apply for property cadetships and employment, network with property professionals and undertake international exchange programs in a highly stimulating learning environment. Staff include industry-recognised experts in property-related areas such as the commercial property sector, property taxation, finance, valuation, urban planning and international real estate. Career options include positions in corporate real estate, property analysis, property and asset management, property development, property finance, property research, property sales and acquisitions, real estate agency (sales/leasing), tenant advisory services and valuation.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Applicants must have completed an Australian Year 12 qualification, Australian Qualifications Framework Diploma, or equivalent Australian or overseas qualification at the required level. Eligibility for admission does not guarantee offer of a place. UTS: Design, Architecture and Building may consider applications based on the results of the Special Tertiary Admissions Test (STAT) if students lack academic qualifications but have extensive professional experience. The STAT is conducted through the Universities Admissions Centre. Students must fulfil the following English language proficiency of academic IELTS test score of 6.5 overall (with a writing score of 6.0) or TOEFL Test Paper Based score of 575 overall with TWE of 4.5 or TOEFL Test Internet Based score of 90 overall with essay writing of 21 or DEEP Program (Completion of the Insearch Direct Entry English Program at C level) or PTE score of 64.
