This course aims to produce graduates who have developed strong interdisciplinary knowledge bases in both psychology and business. This program offers students the opportunity to complete introductory and advanced level courses in both psychology and human resource management, with the principle focus upon the role of psychology in business. The main benefit of this combination is that it strengthens students’ appreciation of the connections between psychological principles and the management of human resources. On completion of this course students can find career opportunities as a welfare officer, counselling, vocational and occupational guidance, training and development, and other related areas in administration and research in the public and private sectors, human resource management, police service, corrective services.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students must have completed Australian year 12 (Grade 12) or United Kingdom “A” level examinations, or both. Satisfactory results equivalent to the above levels are, therefore, acceptable for admission. They should also have an IELTS score of 6.0 (no component lower than 5.5), TOEFL (paper based) - 550 (with minimum test of written English score of 4.5), TOEFL (electronic) - 213 (with essay rating of at least 4.5), TOEFL (internet based) - 80 (with 19 minimum in all bands), PTE - 50 (with no communicative score lower than 50).
