Ringkasan program
This course will provide students with a strong industry focus by taking advantage of its location within the Margaret River wine region. It has a solid scientific base which is presented in an industry context to ensure students are career-ready and in high demand upon graduation. It aims to be flexible enough to allow students to obtain work in the industry during their study. In this course students will study vine physiology, vineyard management, irrigation technology, wine chemistry and microbiology, wine production and science, and wine evaluation. The various career opportunities are Winemaker, Agricultural Technical Officer and Viticulturalist.
