This program provides a comprehensive introduction to a range of social science related areas and a strong grounding in contemporary issues facing children and their families from a critical perspective. This major provides a good foundation for people interested in a career in the human services with a particular interest in children.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Students must satisfy country specific requirements equivalent to Australia. They must also satisfy any one of the following English language requirements: an IELTS score of 6.5 with a minimum score of 6.0 in each subtest, TOEFL score of 575 with minimum score of 4.5 in TWE, TOEFL (CBT): 232 with minimum score of 4.5 in essay rating, TOEFL (IBT): 89 with writing score of 21 and all subtests score of 18 or they should have Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English (CAE): Grade B or Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English: Grade C.

This campus is located in Milperra, a suburb within the Bankstown City Council area. Bankstown is home to a major hospital, Sydney’s second largest airport and a large shopping centre named Bankstown Square. Bankstown has numerous sporting facilities, cinemas and a wide range of restaurants that serve food from all parts of the world. This campus is in Milperra in south-western Sydney, and is typically around 30 minutes from the Sydney Central Business District (CBD) or airport by car and is serviced by public transport. On-campus parking is available. The University provides facilities and support services for students which includes accommodation, careers and cooperative education; chaplains, childcare centres, clinics in naturopathy, osteopathy, podiatry and traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture. It also has the facility of remedial and relaxation massage open to the public (Uniclinic), counselling services, disability services, IT services, student learning unit, library services , residential colleges, services for Indigenous students, services for international students, sport and leisure, student associations, venue hire.
