Ringkasan program
This course is suitable for those who are currently working in the industry and want formal qualifications. All modules are nationally recognised units of study. The course is also offered as part of the English for Hospitality stream of the Certificate III in ESL (Employment). Students will learn skills like food safety, preparing food, basic cookery, and fast-food outlets. Career options include employment as a cook grade II in hospitals/nursing homes, hotels/motels, restaurants/bistros, shipping lines, boarding schools, resorts, reception centres, and catering companies. Students can use the Certificate II in Hospitality (Kitchen Operations) to gain entry into Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) and Hospitality courses. Credit may be given for completed subjects/modules.

Students must have successful completion of studies equivalent to Australian Year 12 education or relevant work experience. They must have IELTS score of 5.5 or higher. Mature Age students are encouraged to apply.
