Ringkasan program
This course consists of four major topics - Customer service, Bookkeeping, Computer applications, and Sales. Graduates would expect to find employment in a variety of office and sales related positions. The course contents include develop keyboarding speed and accuracy, participate in OHS processes, maintain a general ledger, process payroll, process accounts payable and receivable, create electronic presentations, organise schedules, design and produce text documents, produce spreadsheets, design and produce business documents, produce DTP document, contribute to workplace innovation and maintain workplace safety. After completion, students will get job opportunities as Accounts payable or receivables clerk, payroll clerk, or general administration assistant.
