Ringkasan program
This program develops the skills necessary to pursue opportunities through Holmesglen’s specialised bakery training facility. Students will gain the ability to work within a retail, wholesale or franchise baking enterprise. Upon successful completion of this course students are eligible to receive the nationally recognised qualification of Certificate III in Retail Baking - Cake and Pastry. Substantial career opportunities exist for qualified individuals within the retail baking, hospitality and food processing industries. Graduates of this program are well positioned to pursue further training opportunities. In other areas of hospitality, including specialised training in cookery, baking, patisserie or higher-level management.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students must have good record at Year 11 level or the overseas equivalent and preferably some relevant employment experience. They must satisfy English language proficiency of IELTS 5.5, ISLPR 2+, TOEFL 197 (CB) OR 46 (iBT), PTE Academic Score of 42 (no communicative skill score less than 42), and Cambridge English: Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) of 47 or equivalent.
