The successful completion of this qualification provides students with the skills and knowledge to enter the travel industry at an operator’s level. Students learn the skills required to work in a retail office or shopfront environment where the planning of customer travel and touring arrangements takes place. Students can study further into Diploma programs in tourism. They will have the career opportunities into Travel agent.
