Ringkasan program
This course will provide students with the skills and knowledge to be competent in skilled operations and team leading or supervision. Work could be undertaken in a variety of hospitality settings such as restaurants, hotels, motels, clubs, pubs and cafes. Individuals with this course will be able to perform roles such as: supervising the operation of a bar or restaurant, supervising activities of a front desk or reception, supervising concierge services and providing butler services. On completion, possible job titles include: food and beverage supervisor, front office supervisor, concierge and butler.

Students must be over the age of 18 years, have successfully completed their final year of secondary school or be of mature age, and have an IELTS score of 5.5 if from a non-English speaking background.
