Ringkasan program
This program provides students with the skills and knowledge to design and prepare drawings for submission to local authorities for development and building approvals of residential and commercial buildings. On completion of the diploma graduates will be able to work as architectural technicians and in building design offices under minimal supervision. Possible job titles relevant to this qualification include building designer; architectural technician; various roles within architectural and building practices; CAD managers; building design office managers; and own building design company.

Applicants must have achieved a pass in Grade 12 Maths and Grade 12 English, or an equivalent, mature age students with relevant qualifications, trades qualifications or experience in a related field. Applicants must demonstrate their English language proficiency with an overall minimum TOEFL score of 550 and score of 4.5 in the Test of Written English (TWE), valid for two years, from the date of the test to the date of commencement at CDU; or with a minimum CBT score of 213 and a minimum score of 4.5 in the Essay Rating; or with a minimum IBT score of 79 and a minimum score of 20 in writing.
