Ringkasan program
This qualification relates to Early Childhood Educators who are: responsible for developing and evaluating children's programs; supervision of other staff and volunteers and students; a qualification required for Director or Service Manager; and able to have an understanding of indigenous culture and history and work with local communities. On successful completion of this course students are eligible to receive a nationally endorsed Diploma of Children's Services (Early Childhood Education and Care). Occupational roles may include: Centre Manager, Team Leader, Area Manager, Room Leader, Family Day Care, and Outside School Hours Care. Graduates of the Diploma of Children's Service may apply for entry to Holmesglen's Bachelor of Early Childhood Education with one year advanced standing.

Students must have good record at Year 11 level or the overseas equivalent; English language proficiency of IELTS 5.5 (with no individual band score less than 5.5), ISLPR 2+, TOEFL 197 (CB) or 46 (iBT), PTE Academic 42, Cambridge English: Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) of 47 or equivalent.
