Ringkasan program
In this course students develop skills in service delivery, either direct client work and/or health promotion and community development projects. Students are trained to operate at an advanced skill level and may also have responsibility for the supervision of other staff and volunteers. They develop an understanding of indigenous culture and history to more effectively work with local communities in the provision of services. Students graduating from this course have found work as a case coordinator or case manager, intake assessor, early intervention coordinator, client services assessor, coordinator of family services, welfare worker, community worker or social welfare worker.

Students must have completed Certificate IV in Community Services Work and must have obtained IELTS 6.0 general training (no band less than 6.0) or equivalent.
