Ringkasan program
This course provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent as a manager in any hospitality functional area. The graduate would possess a sound theoretical knowledge base and be able to use a range of specialised technical or managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate their own work. On completion, graduates of the course with sufficient experience are able to work as a manager in a range of fields including: restaurants, hotels, catering operations, motels, clubs, cafes and coffee shops, events and conferences.

Students must be over the age of 18 years, have successfully completed their final year of secondary school or be of mature age, and have an IELTS score of 5.5 if from a non-English speaking background.
