Ringkasan program
This program is structured to meet the demands of industry and Students. The diploma provides a flexible career path for movement into supervisory and management level positions. It builds on their skills in a range of hospitality areas such as restaurant and bar, clubs, catering and hotels with hands-on practical training in cookery, restaurant supervision, bar, gaming and espresso coffee. This program is designed to develop skills in staff supervision, rostering, finance and budgeting, legal compliance, marketing, computer, business writing and office skills. Students can study further into Combine with Diploma of Events and/or progress to university programs. They will have the career opportunities into Hospitality, supervisor/manager in a venue with a food and beverage focus.
