Rincian Program

This course is a direct entry program to postgraduate degree programs at the University of Sydney. Students can study for 36, 25, 15 or ten weeks, depending on their current IELTS (or equivalent) score and target score. It prepares them for full participation in their specific School or Faculty. It prepares them for admission to Advanced Skills for Academic Success (ASAS) at CET. They will learn language skills for participation in university lectures, seminars and tutorials. They will learn skills necessary for success in writing essays and reports related to their discipline. They will learn basic research skills necessary for their coursework and research degrees. They will need 5.0 - 6.5 IELTS (or equivalent), depending on the English language requirement for their courses at the University of Sydney, or successful completion of an Academic English (AE) program of 33-11 weeks at CET. It can be taken in combination with Graduate Academic Skills (GAS) or Advanced Academic Skills (ASAS), or separately.
