This course is a professional doctorate consisting of a combination of coursework units and thesis.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students must have completed a recognized Bachelor of Laws degree with first or upper second class honors; or a recognized Master of Laws degree with an average mark of 65 per cent or greater; or a recognized Bachelor of Laws degree and demonstrated adequate research preparation, either as part of a degree course, in the course of an occupation since graduation, or by satisfactory completion of an acceptable preliminary course; and the equivalent of at least two years' professional experience in law. Applicants with qualifications from overseas institutions where English is not the medium of instruction must provide evidence of English language competency. International English language requirements: IELTS (Academic) - 6.5 (no lower than 6.0 for speaking and listening, and no lower than 6.5 for reading and writing); TOEFL (Paper-based) - 570 with a Test of Written English (TWE) of no less than 4.5 Scholarship applicants require 580, with 45 in the Test of Spoken English (TSE) and 4.5 in the Test of Written English (TWE); TOEFL (Computer-based) - 90 with 22 for writing, and no other band less than 20 Scholarship applicants require 95, with 22 for reading and listening, 24 for speaking, and 23 for writing.
