This is the major research degree offered by the University of Melbourne. Candidates are admitted to the community of scholars in the discipline upon presentation of an original and innovative work of research that exhibits high academic merit. The candidature is conducted and reported under internationally benchmarked standards of excellence in academic supervision.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Applicants for a research degree are normally required to have completed at least a four-year honours degree or equivalent and achieved an overall average of greater than 75 percent in the relevant degree. Applicants need to have TOEFL Paper based test score of 577 or more including a score of 4.5 in the Test of Written English, Computer based test score of 233 or more including an Essay Rating score of 4.5, Internet based test score of 90 or more with no band score less than 21. Applicants can also have IELTS score of 6.5 or more.
