Ringkasan program
The program is designed to allow science graduates to undertake specialist study in the knowledge, understanding, issues and application of biological products in modern biotechnology. Programs are flexible, with subjects available from a range of science disciplines, and electives that introduce management, marketing and entrepreneurship. A course of study will be developed in consultation with the Course Coordinator with particular regard to the student’s previous academic background, professional goals and interests. Graduates enjoy career opportunities as researchers, consultants, policymakers and managers in the following industries: food and pharmaceutical industries; specialist biotechnology companies; government departments; research laboratories; health and veterinary industries and service companies involved in product research, development and production.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students must have completed an appropriate standard, of a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Biomedical Science, from this or from another university; or other qualifications recognized by the Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the Faculty of Science and Engineering as equivalent. They must also satisfy the following English language requirements: IELTS score of 6.0 (no component lower than 5.5) or TOEFL (paper based) score of 550 (plus minimum Test of Written English score of 4.0) or TOEFL (internet based) score of 79 (minimum writing score of 19) or Pearson (PTE Academic) score of 57.
