Ringkasan program
This course focuses on Identification and analysis of a range of techniques available for the resolution of disputes; The theories underpinning alternative forms of dispute resolution; The frameworks for selected forms of dispute resolution and how to work within them; How selected forms of dispute resolution work in practice, including the significance of practical considerations; Critical evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of different approaches to dispute resolution and Developments in the theory and practice of dispute resolution and a comparison between Australia and other countries. This program is available to both law and non-law graduates.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students should have a degree in law leading to admission to legal practice (LLB, JD or equivalent), at honours standard or equivalent, or a degree in a relevant discipline and at least one year of documented, relevant professional experience. Applicants need to have TOEFL Paper based test score of 577 or more including a score of 4.5 in the Test of Written English, Computer based test score of 233 or more including an Essay Rating score of 4.5, Internet based test score of 90 or more with no band score less than 21. Applicants can also have IELTS score of 6.5 or more.
