Ringkasan program
This course develop essential skills and competencies to help aspiring practitioners bridge the gap between law graduates and legal practitioner; to ensure that aspiring practitioners have the threshold competencies that the public reasonably expect of legal practitioners; and to extend, and focus for specific vocational purposes, the knowledge and skills that graduates obtain in the academic component. Successful completion of the course is normal prerequisite for admission as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Tasmania.

Applicants need to have successfully completed a degree of Bachelor of Laws or a combined degree course including the Bachelor of Laws at the University of Tasmania or any other approved Australian university. Applicants need to have passed the requirements of the subjects prescribed by the Board of Legal Education pursuant to Section 25 of the Legal Profession Act 2007 (Tas).
