This program allows students to tailor their course to meet their professional and personal goals and benefit from the broad subject selection offered in the Melbourne Law Masters. Students will have the opportunity to gain valuable legal expertise and skills and examine contemporary legal issues from a local and international perspective.

Applicants should have obtained a degree and the equivalent of at least one year of full-time, documented, relevant professional experience; or a degree in law leading to admission to legal practice (LLB, JD or equivalent), at honours standard or equivalent; or a degree in law leading to admission to legal practice (LLB, JD or equivalent) and the equivalent of at least one year of full-time, documented, relevant professional experience. International applicants must fulfill any one of the following English language requirements: IELTS (academic English only) score of 6.5 (with no band less than 6.0); or TOEFL (paper-based test) score of 577 plus TWE 4.5, TOEFL (computer-based test) score of 233 plus 4.5 essay writing and TOEFL (internet-based test) score of 79 (writing 21, speaking 18, reading and listening 13 each); or Pearson Test of English (academic) score of 58-64 inclusive and no communicative skill below 50.
