This is a multi-disciplinary program that explores tourism from a social, economic and environmental perspective. It provides graduates with a range of disciplines to study in and equips them with the skills needed for the sustainable management of tourism products, resources, destinations and infrastructure. This course offers coursework subjects in hospitality management, gastronomy, economic decision making in hospitality, sustainability and marketing. It is an ideal degree for people seeking shorter courses in International Hospitality Management or for those wanting to assess the level of work required without committing to a full length Master degree. Students can complete the Graduate Diploma of International Hospitality Management as an independent award or use it as pathway to enter the Master of International Hospitality Management, a joint degree with the Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students must have completion of an appropriate undergraduate degree, equivalent to an Australian bachelor degree, from this or another University; or completion of the Graduate Certificate of International Hospitality Management from this University. They must also satisfy the following English language requirements: IELTS score of 6.0 (no component lower than 5.5) or TOEFL (paper based) score of 550 (plus minimum Test of Written English score of 4.0) or TOEFL (internet based) score of 79 (minimum writing score of 19) or Pearson (PTE Academic) score of 57.
