Ringkasan program
This course focuses on complex technical issues of tax law, using practical case studies and discussion problems, current developments in tax practice and influential international trends, the constantly changing knowledge base in taxation, Identification and resolution of taxation law problems at an advanced level, the theoretical framework for taxation and the policies embodied in Australia’s tax legislation, as well as the technical detail of the tax rules. This program is available to both law and non-law graduates.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students should have a degree in law leading to admission to legal practice (LLB, JD or equivalent), at honours standard or equivalent, or a degree in a relevant discipline and at least one year of documented, relevant professional experience. Applicants need to have TOEFL Paper based test score of 577 or more including a score of 4.5 in the Test of Written English, Computer based test score of 233 or more including an Essay Rating score of 4.5, Internet based test score of 90 or more with no band score less than 21. Applicants can also have IELTS score of 6.5 or more.
