Ringkasan program

This honours year program is designed to prepare students for entry to a higher degree by research. The honours research projects are offered in the principal areas of medicinal chemistry, pharmaceutical biology, pharmaceutics and pharmacy practice. Available honours projects depend upon the availability of resources for supervision, laboratory space and materials. Objectives of the honours program are to develop students' skills in undertaking research, including research planning, experimental techniques, data analysis and scientific writing, to provide students with a degree suitable for entry into the pharmaceutical industry, to provide future higher degree candidates with advanced knowledge in pharmaceutical science and research methodology and to encourage students to pursue higher degree studies in the pharmaceutical sciences.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Students must have academic Year 12 or equivalent academic qualification. They must have achieved the following English language proficiency test results: IELTS (minimum test score of 6.5 overall; no individual band less than 6.0); Paper-based TOEFL (minimum test score of 580; a Test of Written English (TWE) score of at least 4.5); Internet-based TOEFL (a score of at least 90 overall; a Writing score of at least 22; no score lower than 20 on the other sections of the test); Cambridge English CAE (A grade); Cambridge English CEP (C grade).
