This is an internationally-accepted test of English language proficiency used by academic institutions, governments and professional organisations as an assessment of English language proficiency. This course is for students who: require an IELTS score for entry to a tertiary institution; need to provide evidence of proof of language proficiency. It will help students understand the IELTS test and equip them with the skills and strategies necessary to achieve the score require progressing their career. On successful completion of the course students will have: learnt about the exam and its component tests; developed test-taking strategies for the IELTS exam; undertaken tests under exam conditions using past papers with detailed answer guides and teacher feedback; used the latest IELTS preparation materials and centre's full range of independent learning resources; improved their English language proficiency; improved their IELTS test skills using unique i-Learn Diary and Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL) programs. Depending on English proficiency, students will be placed in one of the three levels of the IELTS preparation course available: intermediate, upper intermediate and advanced level.
