Ringkasan program
This course is an inter-disciplinary, language-rich and research-rigorous program designed for international students with Chinese language proficiency to acquire knowledge in cross- cultural communication and gain practical skills in translation at postgraduate level. The program aims to develop the linguistic competence of Chinese-speaking students in translation, and at the same time provide them with intensive research training at an Australian university. The curriculum is specificly designed for students to acquire linguistic and research skills and to develop an understanding of their culture within a global context. Both elements are important and relevant to students’ transcultural experiences and transnational futures.
