Ringkasan program
This program aims to accelerate the acquisition of knowledge and skills for professionals currently employed in the building services industry. It also provides transitional training for electrical and mechanical engineers who are employed in the building construction industry or vocational training for those intending to transfer into this industry. This course aims to provide broad knowledge of all areas of the building services discipline. This includes all of the environmental systems that make a building usable such as ventilation, air conditioning, heating and lighting. It incorporates the supply and distribution of water, electricity and communications. It also involves the provision of fire detection and fire fighting equipment as well as lifts and escalators. Successful completion of the course will qualify students for corporate membership of the Australian Institute of Building (AIB) as a Chartered Building Professional, subject to the required practical experience. Graduates from the Master of Design Science (Building Services) may find work with building services manufacturers, installation contractors, and building services consultants.

Students must have completed a bachelor's degree. They must satisfy IELTS score of 7.0 (min 6.0 in each band) or IBT score of 100 (min 23 in writing and 22 in reading, listening and speaking).
