Ringkasan program
This is a cross-disciplinary program in Education and Applied Linguistics designed to provide qualified teachers and other educational professionals working or intending to work teaching English to speakers of other languages (TESOL) and/or Languages with a vocationally relevant degree which combines theory and practice. It aims to enhance their career options and professional advancement within a broad range of educational institutions. Graduates can progress into specialist fields of education by developing and extending their understanding of a critical area of education.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students must have a recognised bachelor degree and relevant experience in education or training. They must also satisfy the following English language requirements: IELTS overall score of 6.5 with a minimum score of 6.0 in each of the sub-tests of speaking, listening, reading and writing; TOEFL - Internet-based Test (iBT) overall score of 90 with a minimum score of 24 in writing; TOEFL - Paper-based Test (PBT) overall score of 577 with a minimum score of 5.0 in the Test of Written English (TWE); successful completion of the UNSW Institute of Languages University English Entry Course with a grade of C+ (grade point 7.0) and a minimum score of 20 in the writing component; overall score of 68 in Pearson Test of English academic version and successful completion of the ANU College Access Program with a minimum of 70 per cent overall.
