Ringkasan program
This dual degree aims to combine the requirements of both masters programs. The aim of this course is to provide practicing human resource management professionals and those wishing to enter the profession with a quality practical and theoretical understanding of human resource management (HRM). The course is designed to provide the knowledge and skills necessary to manage the human resources functions of an organisation, and seeks to integrate the various specialisations within the field of HRM into a strategic framework. The Master of Business Administration is designed to provide the basic building blocks needed to become an effective manager in a variety of organisational settings. It is a broad-based, postgraduate degree rather than a technical qualification required for a particular job or vocation. The goal of the program is to provide students with the foundations in content and competencies that will support their development as effective managers in a variety of organisational settings and roles.

Applicants must have an overall academic IELTS score of 6.5 (with an individual score of 6.0 for all tests) as well as a Bachelor degree in any discipline; or at least two years professional experience in management/leadership positions.
