Ringkasan program
This course aims to meet the diverse needs of managers, planners and others working within the broad field of human services management and social policy analysis, development and implementation, in public or non-government, community or business sectors. The completion of the course enables human services management and policy practitioners to: demonstrate that they have acquired the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively and efficiently manage their organizations; analyze, plan and implement social policies to enhance the quality of human services; demonstrate advanced practice knowledge in human services management and social policy; demonstrate critical, analytical and reflective management and policy analysis skills and demonstrate a high level of understanding of contemporary issues and challenges, and future directions, in human services.

Students must have a three-year undergraduate degree in social welfare; or a three-year undergraduate degree that includes a major study in the social sciences; or completion of the Graduate Diploma of Human Services. They should satisfy English language requirement an Academic IELTS (International English Language Testing System) overall score of at least 6.0, and with no score below 5.5; a TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) paper-based score of 550 and TWE of 5.0; a TOEFL computer-based score of 213 and Essay Rating of 5; a TOEFL internet-based score of 80 for undergraduate and postgraduate coursework programs, and 90 for postgraduate research candidates with a minimum score of 25 in the writing section.
